My siding was very dirty, neglected for many years. Evan and colleague (??) worked very hard to get it completely cleaned. Now I have a shiny white house. This is a first class company that I highly recommend.

So glad to have Bluebird Exteriors clean all my windows! They arrived on time and worked with Evan cleaning the outsides & Jon cleaning the insides of my windows. They also rinsed off the window screens. I was worried that the old screens would be hard to put back into the windows, but they got it done. They finished the job in less time than they had expected, so Evan gave me a discount on the price that he had originally estimated. I will definitely use them again for window cleaning & for any other exterior cleaning that I need to have done in the future. Update 2026 (Two years later.) - Leon came and cleaned insides & outsides of all my windows & rinsed the screens. He also used a special machine to clean my driveway, walkway, and patio. What a difference that made! Excellent job! Of course I will use Bluebird Exteriors again next year.

Evan was a joy to do business with. Very professional, excellent communication, punctual, and every effort to comply with my schedule were made. The crew members I had the pleasure to meet were courteous and respectful. There were several reasons that I needed a soft wash on my house and stucco walls rather than a power spray cleaning. The results are exceptional. You cannot go wrong with Bluebird Exteriors. October 2026-2nd experience with Evan and his standards. Again, he and worker so pleasant and respectful. Smaller job this time but the job was addressed with the same degree of thoughtfulness and detail. Would recommend Bluebird Exteriors every time.

I chose Bluebird Exteriors for 2 reasons. They had very good reviews, and I saw how clean the Isaiah 117 House looked after they finished. WhenI called, Bluebird Exteriors was very good in communicating quickly, efficiently, and sent a written reasonable quote right away. The person who did the work for Bluebird Exteriors was extremely polite and kind. We had an issue with water, and he just went with it. I was very appreciative about that. My mother’s home looks great today! Thanks!

The team did a great job. Highly recommended. They even removed red clay from the bricks at the base of the house. We have had other companies out and they all said the same thing “we cannot do anything about the red clay on the bricks”. They cleaned everything: house, entry way, decks, gutters, driveway, walkways, garage doors, gutters, windows and the curb along the property.

Bluebird Exteriors recently installed gutter guards for us, along with power washing our house and our large covered porch areas. Rarely have we seen such excellent customer service and attentive communication throughout the whole process! Polite, professional, kind, thorough -- all of which are rare qualities when trying to find a crew to work on your house. We will definitely have Bluebird back out for annual power washings, and will add in window washing as well next time. Could not recommend Evan and his crew highly enough!

$1,400 for "The Deluxe.” My window sills are filthy. My backyard sidewalk and steps left untouched. But my neighbor's brick is clean?!! There is no confusion. The house was is dire need and anything was a vast improvement. Therefore, I was happy until… I specifically asked Evan if he moved the hose to the grass and if he did the backyard. He replied, “Yes.” Which is not, in fact, true, but I took his word. That was my mistake. Regardless of the messages, phone calls, gaslighting, etc. I paid in full and the task was left incomplete. If anyone should be upset? It’s me. Leave it alone and do better.

Our twenty year old home was showing algae growth on our metal roof and vinyl siding. Also, the cement pads outside the garages had turned black. The stonework of natural stone needed cleaning. As did our deck floors. Evan with Bluebird Exteriors gave us excellent service and power washed those surfaces so our home looks clean and new on all outer surfaces. It sparkles. All the varied surfaces were cleaned up beautifully. Work was done on time. We would hire him again and highly recommend Bluebird Exteriors.

The Christmas Lights, installation date, and cost are just as agreed and look great. One of the best features is that the power lines are virtually invisible. Bluebird Exteriors cleaned my gutters, treated my gutters and washed my outside windows and screens on 6-19-24. I cannot say enough positive things about Bluebird and the professionalism they exhibited on 6-19-24 and all other times I have used their services. I will continue to use Bluebird for all of my exterior needs and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of the services they provide. Dj Dalton, Esq.

Great company. I have two houses that had gutter cleaning. One is a challenge, house built on a hill, gutters at different heights. John cleaned them for me and let me know that one gutter is loose and that there were a couple shingles in the gutter. I might not have known that I needed a roof check without this knowledge. Definitely recommend them. I am a repeat customer.

I can not recommend this company enough. They came out for a free estimate. I thought it was extremely fair because I have a very large window (approximately 6.5’ x 6.5’) with storm window on the outside. This window was extremely cloudy and dirty but I could not take off the storm window to get inside the window. They came a half hour early—after texting me first to tell me they were on the way. He was very professional and did an absolutely amazing job. My window is crystal clear and beautiful. He replaced the storm window and left no mess. I am so very happy!!! Thank you and I will definitely use Bluebird again!!!

I was 100% satisfied with the work of Bluebird Exteriors, LLC. I had the exterior of the house soft washed, windows cleaned interior and exterior, and sidewalks pressure cleaned. The workers who did the job came on time and worked efficiently. They did an excellent job on everything. The windows are as clean as I have ever seen them. I would definitely recommend their work and I would hire them again!
